Community Compassion Outreach

Community Compassion Outreach (CCO) has filled the gaps in service for people experiencing homelessness since 2018. The Recovery Empowerment Support Services Team (RESST) Program began 2022 with trained peer support coaches/professionals to address the struggles of the unhoused self-medicating with drugs and alcohol. Through local and state partners, the RESST Program provides peer-based support for adults entering or maintaining sobriety through multiple pathways to recovery and wellness.Our executive director and founder, Donna Mae Baukat, opened her company IN HIS TIME, LLC, RECOVERY RESIDENCES for men and women in 2024. The Colorado Agency for Recovery Residences certified the homes on February 10, 2025. There are 6 beds for the men and 5 beds for women in two homes she leases.
