Community Home Australia is the first non-institutional provider of specialist support and care to people living with younger onset dementia in the ACT. We offer permanent accommodation, planned and emergency respite (in our houses - Kambera House, Karingal House, Kiah House and Kookaburra House) and community day programs (at Club Kalina in Greenway) and enjoy a relaxed , inclusive and empowering culture.One of our aims is to promote the sharing of best practice knowledge and ensuring that the latest ideas from around the world are accessible to all in our community.As an ACNC registered charitable organisation, we ensure that all funds received go directly to providing the highest quality care and support to people living with younger onset dementia and cognitive disability in the ACT and work closely with other charitable organisations supporting people living with disability, fleeing family and domestic violence and facing homelessness.
