Community Living Campaign is dedicated to helping seniors and people with disabilities connect and thrive at home and in our neighborhoods.Our programs bring people together and get them involved.Whether you're joining a Community Connector group, getting groceries delivered, learning how to use technology, or finding a job, you're improving your social health and making our communities livelier.We believe everyone has the power to change things for the better.That's why we provide tools to help you, like learning technology skills, finding job opportunities, or speaking up for what you need. We want everyone to feel included and supported, no matter who they are. We listen to our neighbors and help them speak up by teaming up with others to push for better policies and resources for seniors and people with disabilities.Join us in making connections, supporting each other, and making our city better for everyone.Together, we can make a real difference in the lives of seniors, people with disabilities, and everyone in our community.
