Lou trained and specialises as a Life Coach Practitioner, Stress Management Consultant and Mastery Facilitator. Her approach is integrative and is rooted in more deep dive, creative, deeply transformational methods around mindset shifting as well as energy healing modalities. Lou's passion and life purpose is to connect people in person to themselves and others, in ways that feel authentic and significant. Therefore her IRL events are about connecting people in fun, creative and meaningful ways.She offers events that are bespoke but at the same time cost effective with the emphasis being on offering quality, variety, fun and growth .Her in person events are usually run in London and greater London(precise meet up point/location are sent via email to attendees a day before the event happens, after RSVPs close).With so much on offer, connection just became a whole lot easier!
