Our mission is to create regenerative communities. We do this by inspiring and teaching ways to consciously participate in strengthening relationships with self, others, nature, and spirit. Our vision is to live in a world where everyone is actively engaged in expanding their awareness and making holistic decisions to joyfully regenerate, heal, and build a healthier, more interconnected humanity.We host monthly events and facilitate women's circles dedicated to intentional holistic education and strive to foster strong community connections within our local colletive, Conscious Nona in Lake Nona, Florida.
