Constructive Futures host events for anyone with an interest in working in the built environment as well as those already in the industry who want to inspire young people to join the workforce. We champion young people and early careers professionals.We recognise the skills and diversity crisis needs addressing and understand that attracting young people into the industry is vital not only to continue to build, but to ensure places are designed and built by those who reflect the diversity of the communities we build for.We amplify youth voice in our sector and raise awareness of the huge career opportunity across all disciplines within property and construction.
