Coventry Panthers Flag American Football Team

The Coventry Panthers are the largest flag American football team in the Midlands, based at Earlsdon Rugby Club in Coventry. Competing at all levels of the British American Football Association (BAFA) leagues, the club has three teams: a women’s team in the Women’s Flag Football League (WFFL) and two mixed teams—one in the Premiership and the other in Division 1. The Panthers are a competitive yet welcoming club, committed to developing players of all abilities. They have achieved national success, with the women’s team finishing 3rd in the country last season and remaining undefeated this year. The club has also competed internationally in Denmark and supports an annual player-voted charity, raising over £3,000 for Birmingham Children’s Hospital last year. With a strong emphasis on inclusivity, teamwork, and growth, the Panthers continue to expand the sport of flag football in Coventry and beyond.
