Crafts for Wellbeing

I’m Carrie, and I’m an art and crafts teacher based just outside Stanley, north east England.I have been teaching art and crafts since the early 2000s, and have been teaching these with wellbeing in mind since 2014, working with a local social prescribing service.I absolutely love passing on my knowledge and the benefits of art and craft for wellbeing. My aim is to bring wellbeing through getting creative to everyone. I particularly love to teach absolute beginners and get them started on their creative journey. Rest assured, whatever your art and craft experience, I will guide you through the process and make it as enjoyable as I can for you. I work regularly with people who have long term illness, carers and people who suffer from depression and anxiety.
