Dahoam1516is anonprofit school and social clubin Alameda, California, hosting hands-on cooking and brewing classes and experiences. Taught by passionate seasoned chefs and homebrewers, our small, beginner-friendly classes focus on classic Bavarian/German cuisine and brewcraft. All classes are in English, so participants can explore their culinary and brewing interests in a fun, welcoming, and inclusive environment.Dahoammeans the feeling of home, and that is how we want everyone to feel.We also provide a private event space and experiences for your team and office and family and friend gatherings.
