Darren is an intuitive guide and embodiment teacher who has extensive training in energy medicine, eastern medicine, yoga therapeutics, trauma-informed yoga, breathwork, meditation, functional movement, and mobility. He utilizes his knowledge from these different healing modalities and his knowledge from his education in Traditional Chinese Medicine to help individuals live more embodied and fulfilling lives.
