Dave Skinner

Dave Skinner keeps seven small apiaries in the Cotswolds area, all of them on organic estates and has been extracting honey for many years. He is very particular about where he locates his hives to optimise colony health and ensure the very best pollination and raw honey, such that his passion for bee keeping is inspiring. In addition to beekeeping Dave has a draft horse called Harry, who together extracting timber from local woodlands thereby providing low-impact forestry.
