My name is Dayna, inspiring the word to be more mindful, connected and live in harmony with one self and nature. My practices are rooted in the powerful practice of qigong and five element theory within traditional chinese medicine. Qigong has helped me to find a deep sense of inner peace which I am passionate to pass onto as many people as I can. I am also a gong bath sound healer and teach Yin Yoga within Traditional Chinese Medicine Theory. I also guide people through peaceful Nature meditations and hold retreats and different focused workshops around the moon and hold cacao ceremonies to help us to connect to our heart and express love out into the world and towards ourselves.
