Hi, I'm Dr. Amanda Chisholm, a GP and a Board Certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician with a decade of experience in medicine. I’m passionate about empowering people like you with the tools to elevate your health and wellbeing.For as long as I can remember, I’ve been driven by a desire to help others. Becoming a doctor felt like the natural path, but after experiencing my own burnout as a new mum and GP, I realised my true calling lay in prevention, education, and long-term healing. It was during my second maternity leave, while juggling a newborn and a toddler, that I discovered lifestyle medicine. What I thought was “common sense” turned out to be life-changing.This knowledge transformed my health, my family’s wellbeing, and the lives of my patients. It gave me the confidence to return to medicine and inspired me to create Life With Dr. Amanda to share these powerful tools with a wider audience.
