Deb Honor is the Director of Development at the Women's Fund of Rhode Island and the Co-Founder of Heart of Rhode Island Networking & Referral Group AND Heart of Massachusetts Networking & Referral Group. In her spare time, you will find Deb spending time with her family, on the sidelines of Baseball games, Basketball Courts, Dance Competitions, and Cross Country meets cheering on her four children, singing on the weekends in her church, training for the Jimmy Fund Walk and managing her team, taking long walks with friends, and fine dining!Charise is the CEO/Founder of Workforce Ready Solutions, LLC, a certified women-owned employment solutions firm located in Northern RI.
