I’m Del, a Sound Relaxation Practitioner, and the founder of Waves & Vibrational Energy. My mission is to help busy minds, professionals, and neurodivergent individuals reset and reconnect through the power of sound.I specialize in Sound Relaxation experiences using Tibetan bowls, creating judgment-free spaces for men and deep thinkers to switch off from stress, overthinking, and burnout. My sessions require nothing from you—just lay down, listen, and let the vibrations do the work.I host men-only, group, and 1:1 sessions in Worthing, Littlehampton, and across West Sussex, helping people find clarity, calm, and deep rest.
