DJSTRONG Charitable Fund

The DJSTRONG Charitable Fund is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to assisting children and their families affected by Congenital Heart Defects, Cancer and Autism. Fueled by the strength of our son DJ whose life experiences were affected by these diagnoses.Our son DJ DiVincenzo passed away in 2022 from PTLD which is a transplant related cancer at 16 years old. He overcame many struggles, including four open heart surgeries; two of those included heart transplants at the ages of 6 months and 14. He was also diagnosed with Autism at 2-1/2 years old.Our 16-year journey was challenging in all facets and if it wasn’t for the support of our friends, employers, medical professionals, family members, and support organizations we wouldn’t have been able to provide the level of care he required. We know how daunting this journey can be, so we want to give back and help families who are experiencing the same challenges. Either big or small any part of giving offers a bright spot in someone’s day.DJ was a kind and giving soul who was always thoughtful of other people even during his moments of struggle. He would want us to help others in need.
