Dom Grimes-Medlin

My name is Dominique Grimes-Medlin, but everyone calls me 'Dom'. I'm an HR/DEIB Consultant working with StepUp Durham for 5 years to help individuals within Durham, NC find employment and resources to help them through their professional and personal journeys. I'm Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors for StepUp Durham, and an avid member trying to help educate employers on the benefits of hiring individuals that are justice-involved who have turned their lives around.
