After graduating from 5 years at University in Adelaide and Sydney, I moved to Ireland in 2002 and fell in love with the people and the weather! Together with my dedicated chiropractic assistants we have created a team that is nurturing and professional making Optimal Chiropractic the centre of choice for people seeking greater healthcare.I have a huge interest in the research and philosophy of Chiropractic and I believe that this is the basis for my passion in the office. Over the years as more and more research has come out – the need for chiropractic in everyone’s life is more imminent. It is a lifestyle. It is a lifestyle that teaches individuals to take responsibility and care for their own bodies.I feel that regular exercise, a diet rich in organic fruit and vegetables, and a clear, properly functioning nervous system allows us to be as healthy as possible.
