With over 38 years of clinical experience, he specializes in Trauma, Stress and Resilience, Relationships, Anxiety, and Depression, and has worked with individuals from over 40 countries.For more than 50 years, Dr. Valloor has practiced and taught Awareness/Mindfulness, integrating Eastern wisdom with Western psychology to support deep personal and professional transformation.He regularly leads retreats and seminars designed to offer participants a lived experience of healing and change.
