Hey hey! I am Dr. NaRicia Futrell, a licensed clincial social worker in the states of TN, AR, TX and MS. In addition to having a love and passion for mental health as a psychotherapist and clinical supervisor, I am also a lover of yoga. I truly believe in the emotional and physical healing power of yoga and had made the decision to bridge mental health and yoga together by creating a safe space for women to share and introduce healing to them in a way that is affordable and accessible.
