Hi, I’m Jen, a Life & Leadership Coach and a Doctor of Organizational Leadership with 20 years of experience in executive roles. As an Army Officer in the Reserves with mobilizations that include Iraq in 2008, the pandemic response from 2020-2021, and Operations Allies Welcome in 2021, I am accustomed to leading organizations and teams during chaotic environments.I believe that blending my credentials, experience, and passion for making people safe creates a unique niche. People who are curious about vertical growth and the increased capacity to lead themselves and others during these chaotic environments that are becoming increasingly brittle and riddled with anxiety.
