Dr. Michele R. Wells is the founder and CEO of Courageous Voice Academy home of her signature program BOLD Voice. BOLD Voice assists professional women who want to advance in their career or develop their own business. A Social Workers by training and a social work educator, Dr. Michele has a heart for Christian Female Social Workers.Dr. Michele has served 20+ years in higher education. Dr. Michele has a Master of Social Work and a PhD in Organizational Leadership.Dr. Michele is the author of her devotional journal "My Ramblings in the Silence" and "BOLD Choices," which empowers women to enjoy the journey and embrace the growth that life's choices have presented them.
