Dr. Phyllis Talbert, Visionary of this Annual Yearly Conference. This vision began 31 years ago to empower, uplift & encourage women & has moved to include men as well who are Major impacts in the community supporting the foundational principles of our Lord as gatekeepers of the city. Each year we come together to celebrate laborers in the vineyard to keep the vision alive and promote spiritual growth & encouragement to the Body of Christ. Its open to the Public.
