Edible Asheville is an award-winning magazine that tells the story of farmers, chefs, bakers and brewers in Western North Carolina. In 2022, we launched a series of farm tours—with the aim of creating an informative and entertaining experience for food lovers. In creating these farm tours, we've partnered with some of the most innovative farmers in the area to help tell the story of local food. The Farm Tours are an extension of our mission, which is to help people cultivate a deeper appreciation for local food ... and the people who make it.
