Edmonton Firefighters Piping and Drumming Society

We, the Edmonton Firefighters Piping and Drumming Society, are a group of active & retired uniformed members of Edmonton Fire Rescue Services & the International Association of Firefighters Local 209. Our Membership currently consists of Firefighters, Fire Prevention Officers & Fire Dispatchers. As Fire Department employees, we dedicate & volunteer our time to upholding the proud and long standing tradition of the Pipes & Drums within the Fire Service. We also strongly believe in the promotion of the arts and culture of this great music within the community, and we will give back to our community by representing the members of Edmonton Fire Rescue Services, IAFF Local 209 and the citizens of Edmonton, Alberta & Canada as we perform both locally and abroad. The Edmonton Firefighters Piping and Drumming Society was established in 2016, with 3 virtues in mind. Those being Tradition, Honour, Pride. The Edmonton Firefighters Piping and Drumming Society will attend and perform at events such as memorials, Line of Duty Death Services, Charities, Fundraisers, Parades, Convocations, Remembrance Day and other approved community events upon request.The Edmonton Firefighters Piping and Drumming Society is a registered Charity under the Canadian Revenue Agency. #78074 9933 RR0002
