Ela Mazmanoglu

My name is Ela, I have been living in Portugal for 10 years. During this 10-year adventure, I had a lot of time to create my own silence and untie my own knots. Now, when I look back, I am thankful a thousand times for the way I have come. Art, gave me the greatest support in this journey. I continued my training in creative drama with art therapy. I want to share the light that expressionist art therapy has brought to my life with everyone who is looking for their way, who finds their way but cannot find their place, who is aware of themselves but does not have the courage to reveal themselves.
