Hey,You've landed on this page because you want to know more about your coach so here you go!I first founded my business in Postnatal Health in 2014 originally called Zipped Up Moms previous to that I was a fitness coach since 1995 mainly Reebok Fit & Step Aerobics & Legs Bums & Tums. After having my boy and experiencing Pelvic Floor issues I realised how lacking both the fitness industry & GP's are in this area. I was saddened by the lack of education & made it my goal in life to teach every women how to jump & run without fear of leaking. Basically, I want to put Tenna ladies out of business!SI then went onto to work with a Life Coach and our online SuperchargedClub fitness, body transformation & mindset was launched. This was a huge success &we supported 1000's of women to feel physically, emotionally, mentally fit.In lockdown I went through early Menopause & my libido & Pelvic Floor changed again!
