Hi, I’m EmmaNature is my muse, my medicine, my anchor.I am an artist, arts educator, mindfulness teacher and forest bathing guide. Moreover, I’m a nature lover who has come to experience firsthand the transformative impacts of connecting with nature for my own health and wellbeing journey.My practice is the fusion of creativity, nature and mindfulness, which together serve as a powerful portal of connection to the natural world, and to our own true natures. My work aims to help others tap into the healing benefits of nature and to cultivate an appreciation for this generous Earth, which I hope may inspire a desire to protect it.I offer Forest Bathing walks that involve slowing down and immersing yourself in the forest atmosphere. Here I weave in my various passions including foraging, natural Mindfulness and wild creativity. This practice has become my meditation, where my awareness firmly anchors in the present moment and I emerge calm, clear and centred.
