Empower Learn Create, Inc.

Empower Learn Create, Inc. is an early learning program that started in 1975 and is celebrating is 50th Birthday in 2025. The program aspires to prepare the whole child, cognitively, emotionally and socially, for future success. Our mission is to serve a diverse population of children and families of the University of Cincinnati and the surrounding community by providing a high quality, inclusive, educational program sustained through a professional, nurturing staff.
