eMpowerment Inc.is a youth development organization whose mission is to equip young people with the knowledge and confidence to make positive life choices.Our goal is to provide support to Southeast Nashville middle & high schools to best meet the needs of the students and prepare them for bright futures.  Our values are diversity, integrity, accountability, teamwork and growth.eMpowerment Inc. coordinates and supports initiatives that focus on three pillars: self-esteem and character building; future planning; and leadership development. Our strategy includesfacilitating school groups, hosting community events, collaborating with other organizations on initiatives and partnering with local business to bring resources to the area.
