The Mission of Encompass Community Supports (formally known as Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services) is to improve the quality of life in Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange, and Rappahannock Counties by providing comprehensive mental health, substance use, developmental disability, housing, children’s, aging, case management, and transportation services.Encompass Community Supports (ECS), formally known as Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services, is an organization that leads with integrity and excellence.
