Who am I?I am the words that inspire, the embodied enthusiasm and spark that can ignite possibilities to awaken within others. I am the laughter, joy, and imagination of a child unashamed to express it.My physical and mental health have been a "spanner in the works" since childhood, but I realise now, they have also been my greatest lessons, teachers, and gifts.I spent my lifetime intuitively learning through experience and then the last five years studying and working with meditations styles, stress management training, and chair movement for relaxation. However, it was through EAD that I truly began to heal the relationship between my mind, heart and body that, in turn, began to re-knit my relationship with Life, myself and others.What I have studied, and now embody, is what I offer to you here... May the classes I hold allow you to find "you" and your joy too.
