Our goal is to make the lending process more user friendly and give a 1 to 1 experience. We utilize cutting edge technology to make the lending process seamless front to back. Our founder has been in the business since 2005 and has closed north of 6000+ transactions and counting. We underwrite our own files in house while giving the customer the best options via our extensive investor list. Our focus is for our clients to be armed with the right mortgage knowledge for their families needs. We are the first minority owned mortgage company in the state of Ohio.
