Susan is a Certified Professional Coach, facilitator and educator who strives to inspire others, to help them acquire new skills and knowledge and to empower them toward desired outcomes. Her practice focuses on deep listening, person-centered service toward growth and development. Her professional experiences include consulting with a variety of education and non-profit organizations to develop effective programming and resources.She is Principal of Eventide: Coaching, Consulting, Community-an organization for personal & professional development. Susan holds a Master of Science in Adult and Higher Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Women’s Studies. Her training with the Center for Appreciative Inquiry and her work as a Courage & Renewal Practitioner, as well as Quaker Faith and Practice, deeply informs her professional and personal philosophy and behavior. She believes lifelong learning is a key to a meaningful life.When she’s not working or writing, you can find Susan in the garden, on the water, in the kitchen, hosting a party, volunteering for community projects, listening to live music, and spending time with family and friends.
