Facing Forward

Facing Forward partners with families and individuals in Chicago who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness. We provide long-term housing and family-wide support services aimed at improving stability, mental and physical health, and life skills.Using a Two-Generation approach, Facing Forward ensures all members the households we serve have access to the support and resources needed to break the cycle of homelessness across generations.Last year, Facing Forward served nearly 3,000 individuals and families.
