Fiona Quinn Yoga

Hi there! I'm a qualified Yoga Teacher and Cacao Cermoney facilitator.My yoga classes are often slow flow allowing you to feel into each pose and connect to the energetics of the posture. My classes aim to be well rounded including yoga postures, breathwork and always a juicy shavasana. I love to hold space in restorative classes, the practice I connect with as the medicine my body and mind most requires. In recent years I have expanded my offerings to include Cacao Ceremony, after finding guidance and support in these amazing ceremonies. My work is often inspired by the cycles of nature, including the seasons, the Celtic Wheel, Lunar cycle and Astrology.I believe yoga is for everyone and wishes to create community and a space for exploration without judgement. My classes are not about going deeper or stronger but exploring your body and mind on this day. My mission is to offer yoga to all students who are curious about themselves regardless of background.
