Hi, I'm Fiona Winter of Energy Moves. I create bespoke outdoor movement events, combining forest bathing and somatic mindful movement with a nature and a seasonal connection. I use silent disco headset technology to give you an intimate and unique experience of connecting to yourself and nature. I have over 40 years experience of leading groups in fitness and dance activities as well as creating and training leaders for walking activities.
