We offer yoga-based classes and workshops to cleanse chakras and promote physical and mental wellness. Founded by Eric Prado,  a 500-hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) who has taught thousands of classes in Chicagoland studios, corporate spaces, community events, and art spaces. Eric was the resident yoga teacher for the Immersive Van Gogh yoga classes. Fireflyhigh will unleash your inner light so that you can shine brighter and soar higher.
