Hi there, I’m Florence - the person behind In Flo Motion!In Flo Motion is a welcoming community in Paris created for people who want to nurture their well-being by sharing meaningful experiences with others.As someone who has always led a fast-paced life - working in corporate, juggling projects, constantly on the go - I realized how essential it is to slow down, reconnect with myself, and find balance.When I moved from Belgium to Paris, I was looking for a space to do just that - and for a community to do it with. I couldn’t find it, so I decided to create it.In Flo Motion brings together connection, self development and movement. Whether through yoga classes, wellbeing events, or simply meaningful moments shared.
