Forest Thoughts

Sarah is an enthusiastic Creative, passionate about the need to connect to nature, the elements and history.Using her experience as an Art Teacher, Museum Exhibition Designer and Forest School Leader the events led by Forest Thoughts are provided to explore self care, connections and discovery with people of all ages. Currently, as a Forest School Leader Sarah encourages primary age children to explore , play, question, imagine and connect with nature.It has become apparent that as adults we need to give ourselves time to do this too.In all of her events, Sarah combines her experience and knowledge to provide a safe and supportive space for every one of her attendees, young and old.Follow the journey @forest_thoughts_
