Foster Rhodes is a yoga and fitness instructor in the Baltimore area. She first discovered Yoga and a love for movement as therapy while attending Berklee College of Music. She was struggling with chronic pain and mental fatigue at the time. Yoga gave her the tools to combat these issues and the courage to delve deeper into other practices like dance, improv comedy, and performing in creative projects.She seeks to give this gift of self-awareness to help educate her students in looking to the body as teacher. She helps guide students on this self-exploratory journey safely and mindfully. She strives to inform her students about their anatomy, movement, and pain management through myofascial release and mindful movement.Foster brings a fun energetic approach to yoga, fitness, mindfulness, and mental wellness. Fusing the tools she has learned through her years as a performer, fitness teacher, and Yoga instructor together to make for a truly unique and personalized class experience.
