At the Fred Astaire Dance Studios of Middletown, CT, we love bringing dance to people of all ages and abilities. Our certified instructors are trained in multiple styles of dance, including traditional ballroom dances (waltz, fox trot, tango, etc.) as well as latin styles (salsa, bachata, merengue, etc.). We even offer tap classes!If you're looking for a new way to stay fit and have fun while meeting new people, we encourage you to attend one of our events! No partner is required to attend any of our classes or events. We love meeting new people and can't wait to meet you!
