Friends of Big Wood

A local membership-based resident group, Friends of Big Wood exists to preserve, protect and improve the wonderful ancient Big Wood Nature Reserve in London's Hampstead Garden Suburb. We manage the wood for people and wild life with practical volunteer activity mornings and specialist nature surveys. FoBW also holds expert-led walks and family events, as well as nature-based activity sessions for children as part of our Big Wood Kids and Young Ranger series.
