Friends of theElizabethton-Carter County Animal Shelter

We are a totally volunteer-run 501 (c) (3) established in 2010 in Elizabethton, Tennessee. We fundraise ,do projects to and deliver programs to help:the government run Elizabethton–Carter County Animal Shelter petslocal pets and their ownersOur current big goal is to raise the money to build a low cost Spay and Neuter Clinic in Elizabethton - to reduce the significant over-population of dogs and cats in a very poor County.While doing this we also run low cost vaccine clinics and give away free Spay/Neuter vouchers to local pet owners. We also help the shelter by funding medical treatment for seriously injured or ill dogs and cats that are not covered under their budget.To see more about us and what we do please visit our Facebook page
