Funk 'n' Yoga

Yoga is amazing for helping to create balance, to ground ourselves, and give some love and grace to the vessel that carries us every day.Spending some time checking in with ourselves allows us the opportunity to truly figure out what makes us tick. It can calm an anxious mind, strengthen a sore body, and be a place to find peace in our breath.My studio is located just five minutes west of stony plain Alberta. It is located on a quiet farm in a not so typical red barn, the loft space converted to a calm oasis that naturally can soothe your soul. The barn cats, Smokey and the Bandit observe most sessions, with sometimes Bandit assisting with extra release during savasana.It’s not typical yoga, the modern music with disco like lights and the music just a little too loud, combines the ancient india practose with todays modern flair.
