About Us: Get Real addresses the challenges of young people today & empowering the carers & professionals who work with them. We provide practical and emotional empowerment that changes lives. We have been doing this with thousands of families each year for the past 20 years in the form of activity camps for Young people, parenting and carer programs, online programs and in-home therapeutic supports. We look forward to bringing this experience to you in our Group workshop for Young Carers.
