I am proud to be a female yoga instructor who is seeking to heal and build up her community. I am passionate about creating a safe and inclusive space for all individuals, regardless of their background or experience level. My classes are designed to help students connect with their bodies, minds, and spirits, and to cultivate a sense of inner peace and well-being.I am committed to using yoga as a tool for healing and growth, and is dedicated to helping my students achieve their full potential. Whether i am leading a gentle flow or a more challenging practice, i always encourages my students to listen to their bodies and to honor their own unique needs and limitations.In addition to my work as a yoga instructor, I am also actively involved in the community, as well a Massage Therapist and an Herbalist and is committed to using my skills and knowledge to help others.
