GoWhereYouFlow was born out of Judy Knight's passion to bring community and creativity to everyday life.Rooted in Judy's training as a Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapies facilitator, all events are created to provide safe, inclusive, welcoming spaces where you can come , relax and explore your creativity. Through the sessions she has been privileged to witness how groups of strangers soon becoming communities, supporting and encouraging one another.The benefits go far beyond exploring creativity in a playful, yet gently guided way; Judy has witnessed reduction in stress, anxiety and isolation in many attendees.Judy runs regular 2 hour sessions, offers one to one sessions by appointment, whole day Holistic Well-being Retreats, regular Drumming For Wellbeing circle, and will soon be offering drum making workshops.
