Green Shirt Studio | Acting Classes for Everyone

Founded in 2009, Green Shirt Studio makes high quality performing art training accessible for everyone. Our emphasis on accessibility supports the rich diversity of our community that, in turn, supports the professional and personal growth of everyone involved at our studio.Over the last 14 years, thousands of Chicago actors and people curious about the craft of acting have trained in Green Shirt Studio’s Meisner Acting Program. One of Chicago’s premiere acting training programs, our Meisner Acting Program consists of Levels 1 - 5, each level lasting eight weeks, totaling in 100 hours of training. Completing Levels 1 - 5 will give Green Shirt Studio graduates a specific, step by step process to successfully tackle any script.To support the artistic growth of our community, we offer free and donation based performing arts events. Green Shirt Studio invites you to join our artistic community to create and grow your creative skills.
