Gretchen Kornutik All Things Short Term Rentals

Gretchen Kornutik is based in Georgia and Florida. She was PWC 2024 Small Business Leader of the Year in Jacksonville FL. She owns and manages short term rentals, is a licensed real estate broker. She is also an educator certified through Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC). Gretchen has taught classes to industry professionals including National Property Manager Association Convention and multiple brokerages. She enjoys bridging the gap between real estate agents and investment owners. Other than this initial class, Gretchen also teaches CE Classes for real estate professionals licensed through GREC as well additional classes with focus in mulitple areas while bringing in partners in multiple areas of specialty to provide a solid plan for investors. Services include: mentorship, management and referral partnerships within the industry through transparency and community involvement
